Memorial Day is May 30, 2011.
Please join us in Rome, Georgia to remember, honor and celebrate the lives of those Americans who, for us and our country, have given the last full measure of devotion.

Historical Displays at Southeastern Mills 10 am - 5pm (Corner of Broad St. & 1st Ave.)
Flag Raising Ceremony at City Hall 12 noon
National Moment of Remembrance 3 pm
NW Georgia Memorial Day Parade 3:01 pm Broad St. (Citizens First Bank to Myrtle Hill Cemetery)
Memorial Service Myrtle Hill Cemetery immediately following the parade
In the event of inclement weather the Memorial Service will be held inside the City Auditorium.



The Roman Legion, Ltd., a White House Commission on Remembrance Patriot Participant, is hosting the parade and a memorial service following the National Moment Of Remembrance at 3 pm. All are invited To Enter and be a part of this special national holiday tribute.
